We’ll help offer guidance and key insights as you work to create the best actions for your district. We are willing to customize services for your district. Creating a Strategic Plan

Creating a strategic plan, whether a three-year plan or a five-year plan, can seem daunting.  With careful planning and focus on the intended outcome, a district can create an actionable strategic plan in a few months.   We work with systems, districts, and buildings to create a comprehensive planning process designed to engage stakeholders, organize and facilitate meetings, and deliver a workable plan for the district.  One major advantage of using our group is the work we do to facilitate the development which allows all members of the district to be part of the development of the plan.  Your district stakeholders, board members, administrators, teachers and staff are working together to develop the plan collectively–we are recording and responsible for bringing that plan to life. Creating/Revising Safety Plans/Guides

Safety is of paramount importance in education. Do you need your plans reviewed, revised, updated or expanded? We can work with your district to bring your safety plans and guides up to date. We can also work to streamline your resources around safety.

Updating or Rewriting District Contracts/Agreements

Sometimes through all the edits of contracts and agreements the wording or structure or intent get lost. We can help review, revise and update language to represent the district more accurately. We will review contracts, ask questions, edit for clarity and present a draft for you to use as a discussion with your Board and your association(s).

Updating Job Descriptions

Has it been awhile since the job descriptions in the district have been reviewed/updated? We will work to update and streamline your job descriptions–eliminating old positions, verifying all positions are included and up to date.

Interim Administrative Services

Are you currently serving more than one district? Do you need a little extra support–work that is needs to be done, yet there isn’t enough time in the day? Or, does your district need someone to serve as administrator/superintendent for a period of time as an interim? We have limited availability to support your district in several ways.
